Masten
Valuation specializes in valuation and litigation support consulting services of businesses, closely-held stock, and intangible
assets as they apply to both private and public companies. We
have provided business valuation, economic damages and lost profits calculations for companies operating in a variety
of industries including real estate development and management, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution processes, exploration
and production of natural resources, agriculture and related service sectors, wholesale and retail sales, and personal/professional
services. Ms. Masten has been qualified as an expert
witness in both federal and district courts, and her valuations and expert witness testimony have been for purposes of estate
and gift tax planning, buy-sell agreements, purchase/sale transactions, goodwill impairment, damages, marital dissolution,
and related matters. Ms. Masten has recently been
elected to serve a three-year term (2011 - 2014) as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the National Association
of Certified Valuators and Analysts. She has
also recently earned the Institute of Business Appraisers' credential of Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR).
